In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery,

Deliveries are sent via our preferred courier and are dispatched within 3-5 days of your order being placed. 

In the rare case that dispatch may take slightly longer we will contact you via the email address you provided.



Returns

We hope that you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it, however, if for any reason you would like to return your purchase, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund if returned in the original packaging and unused within 14 days of receipt.

We will not accept returns on used products. Refunds will only otherwise be given in the event that a parcel is lost in transit or if goods arrive damaged to the extent that they cannot be used.

Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any postage costs.

If for some reason your item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can organise a replacement or full refund for you.
